We worship together as a community on Sundays at 10:00 a.m.
We celebrate communion on the first Sunday each month.
Our worship aspires to:
- Honesty: acknowledging a full range of experiences in our walk with God.
- Mostly traditional, but not stuffy: while they are always familiar sights and sounds, we also like to be surprised by God’s spirit.
- Engage both heart and mind: one without the other leaves us spiritually hungry.
Frequently asked questions
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. We have a nursery for children under five that is available each Sunday. Children 6-12 have a Sunday School using a Godly Play curriculum (this is a Montessori-based approach); Sunday School students begin in worship and then proceed to Sunday School about a quarter of the way through worship. There is no Sunday School on Communion Sundays. Children are always welcome to stay throughout worship, and you can ask a greeter for a Wiggle Bag.
How about youth?
Our Youth Group for teenagers meets on Wednesday nights during the school year. We also have opportunities for youth to work with the children's music programs, sing with the adult choir, and help lead worship.
