Our worship service is held in the Sanctuary at 10:00 a.m., followed by a time of fellowship in the Gathering Area. 

Presbyterians believe that Jesus Christ is God’s eternal Word made flesh, and the Scriptures are the unique witness to Jesus Christ—the Word of God written. Therefore, our worship centers around the Word revealed in Christ and proclaimed in Scripture.  The highlight of each service is the sermon, based on one of the Scripture readings.

Throughout our service, we join together for prayers in praise of God, for the confession of our sins, and to affirm our faith.  On the first Sunday of each month, and on a few other occasions during the year, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper, or Holy Communion. Each week, we share our members’ joys and concerns for family and friends in need of prayer.  There are times of silent meditation and confession.

Children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a brief biblically-based story or lesson during our Circle Time for Young Disciples.  They are then dismissed to attend Awesome Bible Adventures, and returned to their parents following worship.  Our Nursery/Pre-School room is available for infants and children through age 5. 

The sacrament of Baptism is offered for infants, as well as adults.  Baptisms are typically performed as part of our Sunday worship service, and require the approval of our Session.  Please contact Pastor Doty for further details.

Special Services

Throughout the year, we offer several unique worship services, often including specially-prepared music.  These include the annual “Kirkin’ of the Tartans”, celebrating our Scottish heritage, a Christmas Cantata and various children’s musicals.  Special seasonal services are held on Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Thursday of Holy Week, and a Sunrise Service on Easter Morning.
